This lovely, spacious home is located in the center of Manzanita - a lovely little village on the Northern Oregon Coast. The residence is ideal for large families or small groups. Business planning sessions, yoga workshops and religious retreats have all used this space. Manzanita's pristine seven mile beach at the foot of Mt. Neahkahnie is the perfect place for a color-streaked sunset. Walk an easy five blocks to the beach. Even fewer blocks to all shops, grocery stores, and restaurants.

The 2000 SF home comfortably sleeps 10 in four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are upstairs: 1 with queen and double; one with twin beds; and one with double bed. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed. As a bonus, the living room has a hide-a-bed.

There are two bathrooms - one with tub/shower, one with shower.

A private patio with eating area and deck facilitates outdoor activities from sunbathing to barbecues (grill provided). The area is surrounded by lush greenery - home to several species of birds who nest and use the bird bath and a resident family of chipmunks. Be sure to admire the Laneda, herb, and rock gardens.

The large, sunny kitchen with "family-style" table provides ample dining space for any occasion and is equipped with a microwave oven and dishwasher. Generous counter space makes it possible to prepare family or group meals with several people working comfortably in the kitchen.

An "L-shaped" living room has a fireplace, television, DVD and piano. Games, videos and books line the shelves. Settle in for a game of chess, gather 'round the piano for a sing-along or watch your favorite movie. A den off the living room provides a cozy place for a private chat.
